What do I need to use the software?
Our software is a web-based solution, so you do not need to install any software locally on your PC. All you need is a stable internet connection. This means you can access guest requests at any time - even from different end devices. Updates are applied continuously, so you don't have to worry about keeping up to date. Every department in the hotel has access to the platform, regardless of the end device.
How does NeedNect integrate with my existing systems?
NeedNect Hotel is a web-based software solution and therefore works without interfaces. We offer interfaces to your Property Management System (PMS) to ensure accessibility. Other interfaces can be developed on request.
What does the software include?
With NeedNect Hotel, you have access to current guest preferences, the digital registration form, and analytics and forecasting based on guest preferences. NeedNect prepares the information so that each hotel department receives the data that is relevant to them.
How does the guest get to the platform?
The guest creates a profile on the platform once and can use it for any trip worldwide. Guests have several ways to access the platform, although NeedNect is not a booking platform.
For direct bookings on the hotel website, NeedNect can be integrated at the end of the booking process, making the profiling process seamless for the guest.
As part of the booking confirmation or pre-stay email, the guest can directly create a profile via a link to the platform.
Hotels can create the guest profile for their guest at the front desk in a matter of seconds.
The guest profile travels with the guest - allowing the guest to proactively share their own profile with the hotel.
How privacy compliant is NeedNect Hotel?
NeedNect puts the guest at the centre. Every guest is actively involved in the process, has access to his or her own data at all times and can change it on an ongoing basis.
We have also taken technical and organisational measures to ensure privacy. On the one hand, guests cannot be searched for arbitrarily on the platform, as the release of the profile takes place after the booking. Guest data is encrypted and stored securely on servers within the EU. In addition, NeedNect meets the highest data protection requirements and has been awarded the TÜV Trusted Application seal.
How do I distribute the data in the hotel?
NeedNect handles the distribution of guest data. The data is prepared in such a way that every department has access to the relevant data even before the guest arrives. Smart clues and analytics facilitate and improve daily hotel operations.
