Our story
It all started with an idea
From hospitality for hospitality - we know how important satisfied guests are to the success of any hotel.
Back in 2019, the small team consisting of the visionary Fabio Wilhelmer, the mastermind Ines Ganner and the IT professional and developer Raphael Duhs recognised the immense potential in bridging the gap between hotels and their guests. Through extensive workshops and interviews with key stakeholders in the hospitality industry, Fabio, Ines and Raphael developed the transformative vision of NeedNect.
Many different stakeholders were excited about NeedNect's concept early on, and have supported the start-up along the way. Since 2019, NeedNect has received national funding and participated in a number of start-up programmes. In 2021, the team received significant funding to develop its AI, which ensures an automated process to personalise the entire tourism experience.
